Entrepreneurship Cell

The Entrepreneurship Cell of J.K.K. Munirajah Institute of Health Sciences College of Pharmacy promotes creativity, innovation and entrepreneurial thinking among students, faculty members, staff and alumni. The Cell supports the development of promising ideas into ethical, affordable and sustainable enterprises, particularly in pharmacy, healthcare and allied sectors. It organises entrepreneurship-awareness programmes, design-thinking workshops, innovation challenges, business-plan competitions, mentoring sessions and intellectual-property awareness activities. The Cell also facilitates connections with entrepreneurs, alumni, industries, incubators, government agencies and funding organisations for prototype development, market validation and start-up support. Through responsible innovation, regulatory awareness and industry–institution collaboration, the Cell aims to strengthen entrepreneurial capabilities, encourage self-employment and develop practical solutions that address healthcare and societal needs..
